About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Strategic Partner & Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-rich environment and is passionate about making an impact in the financial services space. This role blends traditional executive support with high-level client service, team collaboration, case flow management, and strategic planning. You will be a trusted right hand to the CEO—protecting time, managing priorities, coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders, and helping ensure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support to CEO—prioritizing calendar and case updates, coordinate with key stakeholders, schedule meetings, manage travel bookings, and assist with business-related event planning and marketing efforts.

• Support internal and external communication, collaborating with team members, ensuring timely and professional follow-up with stakeholders.

• Assist with case overflow: draft and process paperwork and documents as needed. Assist in organizing digital and physical case files, documents, and systems. Participate in or follow up on attorney and client calls, when needed.

• Manage all office-related duties to ensure the office is organized, stocked and working efficiently – ordering supplies, tracking & preparing for client meetings, providing administrative support, implementing and maintaining office management systems, coordinating staff activities and other projects.

• Gain expertise in structured settlements, government benefit protections, financial products, and the settlement planning process to be ready to serve clients and stakeholders at all stages.

• Contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members; keep manuals and SOPs up to date.

• Manage and allocate tickets and hospitality for clients.

• Light personal tasks for CEO – Appointment scheduling, food orders, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or high-level Client Service role

(experience in legal or financial services preferred).

• A servant’s heart and genuine desire to help people is required.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple

priorities and manage in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written—with high emotional intelligence.

(Bilingual-Spanish speaking a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and project/task management tools

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity/follow compliance with legal and financial regulations.

• Flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
